Our Returns Policy
Occasionally you may want to return items, below is our returns policy.
Unopened Items - Our guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue a refund of the price you paid less a £10.00 fee for re-stocking/handling.
Defective items - You can always return items if they are defective. You must notify Goodwins Jewellers. of any problems within 24 hrs of receipt of goods.
Apart from ordering on-line we accept orders by email, telephone, fax and post.The important thing is we know exactly what you require; therefore, please include as many details as possible.The most common oversight is what colour/finish the goods are; this means another email/fax/ phone call to confirm details which slows down the whole ordering process!All email orders are acknowledged and availability of goods and carriage costs confirmed; unless previously discussed. The estimated delivery date will be shown at the point of order. All e-mail orders are acknowledged and availability of goods confirmed; usually within 24hours. All UK orders will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery, free of charge.
If you are ordering items from the site with different delivery dates, we will make one delivery when the complete order is ready. If you would prefer to have the items that are in stock delivered straight away, telephone or e-mail us and we will be happy to do so.
